What is coaching exactly?

By definition, coaching is a process that helps individuals identify and achieve their personal or professional goals by leveraging their strengths and addressing obstacles through guided conversations and accountability.

My definition? Coaching is a tool used by those who want to improve their lives - whether in personal, love, parenting, career, relationship, friendship, etc., coaching creates a space where a coach asks the questions we’re either unwilling to ask ourselves OR, haven’t been able to ask ourselves because our environment, thoughts, feelings, or fixed mindset have too clouded us.

1:1 Signature Coaching Packages: 3 & 6-month 1:1 coaching focused on long-term transformation, personalized to your goals.

Strategic Coaching for SaaS Leaders: Twice-a-month coaching for women who are working on new projects, responsible for key initiatives, or are new to a role and want to accelerate their learning curve to be more impactful, faster.

For Businesses: I offer Customer Success, GTM, and Leadership Consulting for early and mid-stage SaaS businesses, in addition to Leadership coaching for high-potential employees.

what can i expect in a coaching session?

If you work in SaaS or healthcare, you probably have little free time - I understand! Sessions last 50-60 minutes via Google Meet, giving you flexibility with where we meet. Depending on the coaching program, sessions may vary in focus. All coaching starts with assessing your current situation, challenges, and goals, concentrating on your mindset, values, and ambitions. We will identify key obstacles, frustrations, and areas where you feel stuck. At the end of each session, we’ll discuss the next steps to ensure progress. All information is 100% confidential, and I won’t disclose our work unless you give explicit permission. At the end of our time, we will recap your progress and how to apply what you’ve learned moving forward.
